Types of Payment Accepted
Amex, Mastercard, Visa (credit and debit), Switch/Maestro, cash, cheques (with guarantee card). Postal Booking available - please include a SAE or additional £1 for postage.

Ticket Collection
Ticket Collection is available from the Box Office. Bring along your debit or credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number, the cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Returning Tickets
Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded; we will however endeavor to exchange or resell unwanted tickets for a charge of £1 per ticket.
Accessible Seating
The venue is accessible to disabled patrons. Please contact the venue on 01202 306126 or email boxoffice@thebournemouthpier.com for more information.
The theatre is equipped with a hearing induction loop.
Guide dogs are welcome in the auditorium.

General Rules
No cameras, videos or audio recording devices. Mobile phones are to be switched off throughout the duration of the performance..
The Pier Theatre operates a No Smoking policy.

Children's Rules
Babes-in-arm's and children under 2 years old shall be admitted free of charge to children's shows and pantomime performances only. They must sit on their parent or guardian's lap.

Children aged 2-15 years old inclusive shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.
Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times and supervision of children shall be by not less than 1 adult per 10 children.

The Management reserves the right to ask parents/supervisors to remove children if, in the opinion of the Management, they are causing disturbance.
